So, no one took me up on my bet - that my grasp of reality will beat law professor Glenn Reynolds' legal mind regarding the NSA - but, the fact still remains, I was right and he was wrong, again ("culture is more powerful than politics") as always:

    I try not to make losing bets.
    I mean, there's longshots and then there are just plain crappy bets.
